The Southern District of Florida has granted an expedited order to sell a luxury condominium in Coral Gables for $4,010,000 in connection with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s high-profile case against Rishi Kapoor.
The receiver, Bernice C. Lee, a partner at Kozyak Tropin and Throckmorton, secured the cash offer, which was the highest bid without any contingencies, marking a significant step in the liquidation of assets tied to Kapoor’s alleged real estate fraud scheme.
