How do you login to Aesop? ›

Log on to Aesop

At the top right corner of this page you will see the area to login. Use the ID (most likely your 10-digit phone number) and PIN provided to you by your district. Once you have entered this info into the boxes click the Login button.

To sign in to a Frontline application (such as Absence Management or Time and Attendance), go to app.frontlineeducation.com and enter the Frontline ID username and password you chose for your Frontline ID account.

Press Create Absence directly from the home page (as seen in the first image) or access the Menu and select the Absences option. From this page, you can press the "+" button or press Create Absence (as seen in the second image).

To do this, select the Available Leave Balances option on the homepage for immediate access to your balances.

An authorised absence is when your school has agreed with the reason why you are not at school. A school will agree with an absence if: You are too ill to go to school and the school agrees to this. If you are off for a long time the school may ask for proof from your doctor.

Q: Can I edit/cancel a scheduled absence? A: Yes, you can edit/cancel future absences on your own. If an absence still appears under your “Scheduled Absences” tab, then you may edit/cancel it still, unless it was an absence requiring approval and it was already approved in the system.

This username and password will be entered on the universal sign in page: http://app.frontlineeducation.com/. Your Frontline ID account only applies when logging into a Frontline, web-based application. It will not change or replace your phone/PIN combination when calling or clocking in.

The Frontline Education mobile app is a quick and easy way to access the Frontline Insights Platform while on-the-go. Employees will be able to check leave balances, create absences, view and search for fellow colleagues, and receive web alerts right on their mobile phone.

To see the actual Timesheet or the Payroll Review, click the corresponding icon next to the user's name. The Timesheet icon is the one with the clock. The Payroll Summary icon is the one with the dollar sign. To take any action on timesheets use the Approve, Reject, or Reset Timesheets button at the top of the page.
