Is ballpark pal accurate? ›

The most fundamental component of Ballpark Pal projections is that they're largely based on expected outcomes, not the actual results that occur on the field. Our system uses the physical characteristics of every pitch and every batted ball to assign a prediction or expectation of what the outcome should be.

As a heads up: BallparkPal.com will be subscription-based for 2024 (details below). The bottom line is that it's no longer sustainable as a free service.

Why is my ticket barcode not showing in the MLB Ballpark app? There are several reasons why your barcode may not be available including that the ticket has been forwarded, the ticket had been forwarded to you and has since been canceled or recalled, or you are a group or premier buyer and the ticket status has changed.

Ballpark figures can be helpful in establishing a placeholder, for purposes of conversation or estimation, when a more precise number is not available. Ballpark figures are used in daily life and in many aspects of business; however, it is important to remember it is just an estimate, not an accurate read of something.

Because a ballpark estimate is a rough guess, it should not be taken with much authority. Ball park estimates have been known to vary substantially from a “Detailed Estimate” by as much as 50%-80% because of the many unknowns within the project.

MLB.TV is worth it if you want access to the most MLB games and don't already have a cable or satellite TV subscription. But if you're currently enrolled with a provider like DIRECTV, Xfinity, or DISH, we recommend checking out MLB EXTRA INNINGS® instead.

To access your tickets, please refer to the Verifying Accounts and Accessing Tickets section. From the Home or Team Tab in the MLB Ballpark app, tap on the Event card, and log in to your Club or Ticketmaster account.

The MLB app is a free download from the Apple App Store, and offers both free and optional paid subscription features.

Just make sure that you don't send your friends and family a ticket screenshot because screenshots of Ballpark app digital tickets will no longer be accepted as a valid method of entry into the stadium.
